Any products discounted more than 20% areĀ not eligible for returns.

You can return any otherĀ products within 30 days of your order, as long as the product is still in its original, new condition. Email us at orders@sadderday.com with your order # and we'll send you a prepaid return label.

Once we've received your return & verified the condition of the items, we will issue you a refund to the payment method used for the order. Due to the popularity of our items we are not able to offer exchanges.

SHIPPINGĀ šŸ“¦

You can select your shipping speed at checkout. Our standard shipping takes 5 - 10 days, and our priority shipping takes 2 - 3 days.

Orders will typically ship out the same day if placed before 2pm EST. Orders placed after 2pm EST will ship out the next business day.

International orders may take 2 - 4 weeks to be delivered.

LOST PACKAGES 😭

Sadderday is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.

If you choose not to use Route shipping insurance, Sadderday is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of ā€œporch piracyā€ must be made 5 days after ā€œdelivery dateā€ but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
