SHIPPING SPEED
You can select your shipping speed at checkout. Our standard shipping takes 5 - 10 days, and our priority shipping takes 2 - 3 days. Orders normally ship out within 1 business day.
RETURN POLICY
Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
You can return any other order within 30 days, as long as the product is still in its original, new condition. Email us at info@sadderday.com with your order # and we'll send you a prepaid return label.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Sadderday is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.
